Human
Growth Hormone (HGH)
Frequently
Asked Questions
Q:
What is HGH?
A: HGH (Human
Growth Hormone) or Somatotropin, is a simple protein made up of a
single chain of 191 amino acids, This naturally occurring substance
is released by the pituitary gland, starting in childhood and continuing
in to old age. The hormone enters our bloodstream in pulses, generally
in the early hours of sleep. The hormone then moves quickly from the
bloodstream to liver, where it is converted into substances called
IGF-1 & 2. These are messenger molecules also known as "growth
factors". They carry HGH's message of growth into other parts
of the body. HGH is the "master hormone" controlling many
organs and body functions and is directly responsible for stimulating
tissue repair, cell replacement, brain functions, enzyme function...
etc.
Q:
What health benefits can I expect from Growth Hormone?
A: Increasing
Growth Hormone to youthful levels has many benefits. Among these are:
Enhance sexual performance
Improved exercise capacity
Improved quality of deep sleep
Enhanced energy levels
Tighter, more hydrated, smoother skin

1. General expectations in the first month.
Increase in appetite to begin the process of rebuilding the body –
more noticeable in Senior Citizens.
Decrease in excreted matter due to better absorption / utilization
of food
Increase in sexual desire.
Improved stamina.
Better & sounder sleep, feeling more refreshed upon awakening.
Increase in energy.
More optimistic attitude and better sense of humor.

Reduction in PMS symptoms.
Greater body flexibility.
Alleviation of some menopause symptoms.
Muscle size increases, especially if the individual works out.
New Hair growth.
Less pain.
Improved nail growth (sign of protein, nutrient assimilation).
4.
General expectations in the fourth month.
Same as above. Generally most improvements are heightened and are
more consistent. Please note that at times the body may shift into
"neutral" and some results seem to diminish or vanish. Your
body may be using Growth Hormone (GH) to rebuild tissue or to a degree,
be resting. Tests indicate that, after a while, you should see a resumption
of the benefits and even some vast improvements.
5.
General expectations in the fifth month.
Impressive weight loss and reduction of inches, since fat is reduced
and muscle tissue is increased and toned.
Thickening of skin and greater elasticity.
Thickening of hair with a shiny and healthy appearance.
Improvement to skin texture and appearance (including skin discoloration).
Reduction of the appearance of wrinkles.
6.
General expectations in the sixth month.
Same as above, but now better, with more consistent results. This
is the really exciting stage!
Cellulite greatly diminishes.
Eyesight greatly improved.
Stronger resistance to colds, flu and other illness.
Old wounds have healed and are healing.
Gray hair begins to return to natural color.
Body is more contoured.
Better emotional stability.
Some pain and soreness disappear.
Excellent exercise tolerance.
Medical tests show a reduction in cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides,
blood pressure normalizes, heart rate improves, some conditions due
to disease vanish or are diminished, and immune system improves.
With proper diet and exercise, the results may be faster, deeper and
more pronounced
Q:
Are there any side effects? Is it safe?
A: There are no know side-effects. However, when the body increases
its vital energy, it may begin to heal its weaknesses. When the body
begins to heal old health issues, it is called a healing crisis or
re-tracing. The body may expel toxins stored in the fat tissue and
organ systems. This elimination process can cause uncomfortable temporary
conditions such as headaches, skin irritations, mild anxiety, heart
palpitations, and /or viral outbreaks, potential signs that the body
has begun to heal itself.
It is important to remember that as your body begins to repair itself,
it requires more water intake to assist in the elimination of toxins.
The average person should drink at least (8) glasses of quality water
a day. It is advisable to discontinue the use of Growth Hormone Therapy
for a few days at a time, to reduce the level of discomfort experienced.
Side effects are highly reduced if you begin a Whole Body (colon,
kidneys, liver, lung, blood) Detoxification / Rejuvenation and Nutritional
Supplement Program a few weeks prior to or along with HGH Therapy.
If you experience prolonged symptoms, consult with an anti-aging physician
to identify another possible cause for your condition.
If you have an existing health problem (e.g., sexually transmitted
disease, cancer, thyroid problem, HIV+, heart disease, Alzheimer's,
pregnancy, etc.), consult with a skilled anti-aging physician before
starting HGH Therapy or any other dietary supplement.
Q:
Does HGH Therapy have approval from the FDA?
A: Congress
passed the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act in 1994 also
known as (DSHEA-1994). DSHEA created a new food category for dietary
supplements. In order for the FDA to remove a dietary supplement from
the market, it must prove that the product causes undue harm to the
consumers.
DSHEA allows
for low dose hormones in the form of Gels, Creams, Transdermal Patches,
or capsules (Estrogen, Progesterone, HCG, DHEA, Melatonin, etc.) to
be sold and marketed as dietary supplements. When delivered using
a safe method of administration (sub-lingual, a tablet, capsule, cream,
gel, etc.), bioidentical hormones fall into the category of foods,
not drugs.

Q: Do I need a prescription for HGH Pro (Forte) / HGH Pro
Pak / HGH Pro Patches?
A: Because
HGH Pro (Forte) / HGH Pro Pak are dietary supplements, orally administered,
they is available without a prescription. HGH Pro Patches being applied
topically to the skin also do not require a Prescription as they do
not contain any drugs but are also made from Dietary Supplements or
materials generally recognized as safe – GRAS.
Q: Does HGH Pro (Forte) have a shelf life?
A: HGH Pro
(Forte) has a shelf life of one year. It is advisable to keep HGH
Pro (Forte) out of extreme heat or direct sunlight. HGH Pro Pak /
HGH Pro Patches have a shelf life of six months.
Q: What are the warning signs that signal possible deficiencies
in my production of Growth Hormone?
A: Growth
hormone declines with age in every animal species that has been tested
to date. In humans, the amount after the age of twenty to thirty-one
falls about 14 percent per decade, so that the total 24-hour growth
hormone production rate is reduced by over 80% by the age of sixty.
The decline in GH in the body is directly tied to the bulging, wrinkling,
saggy creatures that we all sooner or later become. If you lack the
vitality and youthful look you felt only years before it is likely
that your GH levels have decreased.

Q:
How does GH act in my body and how is it measured?
A: Following
the release of a burst of GH from the pituitary gland at night or
during a between-meal period, the hormone is rapidly taken up by the
liver which if thus informed chemically to make a myriad of growth
factors. These are chemical messengers that instruct the various cells
of the body, be they nerve, bone, skin, or muscle, to rebuild and
repair themselves to their unique specifications. If the growth factors
are lowered, less building occurs. The factor that is measured in
the blood to determine an average person's daily GH secretion is called
IGF-1 & 2. It is this lab test for IGF-1 & 2 that measures
the result of your GH secretion.
Q: What are the differences between injections versus capsules,
powders and patches?
A: HGH injections
require a dosage of 4 to 8 IU's weekly and is administered twice daily
by an anti-aging medical practitioner at a cost of $800 to $1,500.00
a month! Or roughly $10,000.00 to $18,000.00 per year.
Capsules and
powders are taken orally into the digestive system and are broken
down by stomach bile and acids. HGH Transdermal Patches can be applied
directly to the skin and they directly enter the Blood Stream by bypassing
the digestive system. All these are a safe, efficient and cost effective
method of increasing HGH levels for reverse aging the body.
Q: What age is best to take HGH Pro (Forte)? And is it safe
for children?
A: The best
age to take HGH Pro (Forte) / HGH Pro Pak anti-aging supplement /
use HGH Pro Patches is when the individual takes interest in keeping
their youthful levels. This can be from the late twenties to thirties
and also works well for forty, fifty, sixty, seventy, eighty, ninety
year olds and beyond.
HGH Pro (Forte)
/ HGH Pro Pak anti-aging supplements and HGH Pro Patches are safe
for children when they have tested low for IGF-1 levels and do not
match the normal development in other children in the same age group.
Do not administer to children or adults who are able to produce healthful
levels of GH on their own. It is advisable to periodically monitor
IGF-1 levels when using this Program.
Q:
What else can I do?
A: Some of
the most important factors in anti-aging is to follow a program of
sensible eating and daily exercise. To maximize the effect of HGH
Pro (Forte), include a diet of fresh organic fruits, vegetables and
plenty of quality water. Take lots of Nutritional supplements like
Organic Calcium, Organic Magnesium, Organic Zinc and with a good Multivitamin
/ Mineral supplement at Optimum Daily Allowance (ODA) levels to help
the rebuilding and rejuvenation of the body.
Q: How long should Nutritional Supplements be taken?
A: Begin taking
Nutritional Supplements during the full tenure of the HGH Therapy
Program and for a minimum of 3 to 6 months after discontinuing the
Program. HGH levels continue to maintain high for months after you
discontinue or interrupt the program.
It would be
ideal if Nutritional Supplements were taken about 4 weeks prior to
beginning the Program. This will help to reduce the incidence of side
effects experienced by a small percentage of participants –
typically 1% to 2%.
Q:
What research and studies are available on Growth Hormone?
A: For over
thirty years now researchers have been studying Growth Hormone and
the effects on aging. One of the first major books for the general
public was written by Dr. Ronald Klatz., President, American Academy
of Anti-Aging Medicine. "Grow Young With HGH". A wonderful,
cutting edge book of scientific research on GH.

Q:
How can I monitor the increase in Basal Metabolic Rate?
Basal
Body Temperature
* Check if early morning Basal Body Temperature is below 97.5? F.
to confirm your Basal Metabolic Rate. Leave Thermometer in armpit
for 10 minutes to register highest possible temperature. Menstruating
women should perform test on 2nd, 3rd & 4th day of menstruation.
Menopausal women or women with irregular periods can check on any
day.
Early morning
Temperatures below 97.5? F indicate that your Metabolic Rate is low.
People who suffer from Hypothyroidism can measure Temperature as low
as 90.0? F.
As the Human
Growth Hormone Therapy takes effect the body temperature begins to
rise. Optimum Metabolic Rate is reflected by temperatures in excess
of 97.5 ? F. Higher Basal Temperatures help to reduce the fresh accumulation
of Fat Mass in the body and also helps to metabolize the old Fat in
the Body.
Thyroid Self-Test:
To test yourself for an underactive Thyroid, keep an Electronic Thermometer
by your bed at night. When you wake up in the morning, place the thermometer
in your armpit and hold it there for about 10 minutes. Keep still
and quiet. Any movement of the body can upset your temperature reading.
Temperature of the Body rises when you begin moving around. A temperature
of 97.5?F. or lower is indicative of an underactive Thyroid. Keep
a Temperature log for five days. Menstruating women should perform
test on 2nd, 3rd & 4th day of menstruation. Menopausal women or
women with irregular periods can check on any day.
If your readings
are consistently low, consult your Health Care provider.
