Do I need to join a club, pay for membership or pay extra fees?

Is it legal to import medicines?
In general it is legal to import a 90 day supply of medicines for personal use to most countries including the U.S., Canada, and most European and Asian countries.

Are the medications generic or brand name?
Most of our medicines are generic. We do label some medications as "BRAND NAME" which means the manufacturer that holds the patent on the product makes it. All of our medicines are manufacturered in U.S. FDA approved facilities and come in factory sealed packaging with expiration dates.

NOTE: Shipments for certain drugs to countries other than the U.S. may arrive in hermetically sealed, prescription quality plastic packing to get through customs.

Is it possible to request a certain brand?
Unfortunately, due to the volume of sales, we cannot guarantee that you will receive a certain brand of a particular medication.

Why are certain medications missing from the site?
SuperSaverMeds.com does not sell substances that are deemed to be controlled substances or narcotics as per U.S. FDA and U.S. DEA standards.

Are all the medications available in the U.S. available?
We try and list the most popular medications on our site, as there are tens of thousands of medications in the world. If there is a particular medication you need, that you do not see listed, please email us. How much medicine can I buy?
Medicines are shipped in a maximum supply of 90 days per package. If you order more than this, we will automatically split the order and make multiple shipments without any additional shipping charge to you. We will not sell drugs in commercial quantities or to parties that appear to be abusing them.

I've read a lot about counterfeit drugs being sold online. How can I be sure that the drugs you are selling are real?
We are one of the only online pharmacies that purchase our drugs directly from manufacturers. We are able to do this because of our large volume while other online pharmacies buy from distributors. Counterfeit drugs usually end up at pharmacies due to distributors buying from unauthorized sources. We cut out the middleman so there is zero risk that any of our products have had a chance to be in the hands of unscrupulous distributors. This also means that all the drugs we sell are recently manufactured and have the best possible expiration dates available.

Do you sell expired medications?
Absolutely not. We purchase directly from manufacturers the latest batches of drugs. Over half our daily orders are from repeat customers and we do our best to provide the highest quality of product to earn your business.
